2011 Class Schedule coming soon…

I have been busy researching some new techniques to demonstrate in classes during 2011. I will be releasing the 2011 Flutterby Creations class schedule before the end of February, so make sure you check back for more information.

Classes that are on the shortlist are:

  • Bigshot 101 – getting the most out of your bigshot machine (or evaluating one if you are thinking of purchasing a bigshot!)
  • Simply Scrapping & beyond – learn how to get the most out of a Simply Scrappin kit to go beyond scrapbook pages
  • Stamping on Fabric
  • Christmas in July – get your christmas card out of the way early!

There will be at least one class a month from March through to December 2011. All classes are held in the Flutterby Creations Workshop at Mitcham, South Australia.

Mini Christmas Book class – 8th December, filling fast!

Christmas Mini Book

Book in now to make a cute Mini Christmas Book. Great as a keepsake for Christmas photo’s or a perfect little brag book for Grandparents!

The class will be held on Wednesday 8th December at 7pm – 9:30pm and is filling fast – so book in now to secure your place.

The book is made using the Big Shot Machine and the Scallop Envelope Die and there will be examples of the same book made using non Christmas themed supplies.

Cost $25 per person (includes all materials).

Embossing – learn all the tricks and tips!

This Friday 20th August I am holding a Technique Class on Embossing. Come and learn how to do this fabulous technique which will add the wow factor to your cards and scrapbooking.

The class runs from 7pm – 9:30pm and is held at the Flutterby Creations Workshop at Mitcham (details will be supplied on booking).

We will be covering several different embossing techniques such as emboss resist, basic embossing and using embossing folders with the Big Shot Machine.

The cost $20 per person (includes all materials). Come and learn many techniques and make some projects to take home.

Christmas in July – class Friday 30th July

I can’t believe it is July already…. Christmas will be here before we know it. I am holding a Christmas in July Workshop next Friday, 30th July so you can get a start on your Christmas cards early!

Winter Post

  • Make 20 christmas cards to take home (including envelopes). Class includes all materials
  • 6 designs to choose from
  • Cost $30 per person (includes all materials)
  • The stamp sets we will be using are : Winter Post, Season of Joy and Punch Pals.  Click here to view the stamp sets in the catalogue.
  • Kits will be available to order on the evening if 20 cards just isn’t enough!

    • Places are filling fast and are limited to 8 people only, so please contact me to book. The class is held at Mitcham (full details supplied on booking) and runs from 7pm to 9:30pm.

    Beginners Scrapbooking & Cardmaking Class details have been updated!

    I am very excited about my new class – a Beginners Scrapbooking & Cardmaking Class! It is a series of 10 sessions that are designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of Scrapbooking & Cardmaking.

    The first class in on Friday the 26th February at 7pm at the Flutterby Creations Workshop. If you would like to book into the class, please contact me – but you had better be quick! – the class size is limited to 8 people.
